What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick serve restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, maneuver safely in tight spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation for Shift Manager employees varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors, and will be discussed during hiring. The typical starting range is:

• $13.00 to $21.40 per hour in most areas.
• $17.00 to $19.00 per hour in Maryland.
