Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, focus on profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting while ensuring a high-quality product and welcoming service.

You will recruit, hire, and train Team Members and Managers, coach staff, and conduct biweekly inventory counts. A quarterly bonus program and comprehensive benefits are part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.

Bonus program:

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program, based on your restaurant’s performance.
