Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will drive profitability, manage staffing, coach the team, and ensure a clean, welcoming, high-quality guest experience across shifts.

The role requires prior GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, 18+ years old, and the ability to close the restaurant at least two nights weekly. Training and growth opportunities are offered within KBP Inspired.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and safely operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.

Bonus program:

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program, based on your restaurant’s performance.

What you’ll do as a Restaurant General Manager:

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
