KBP Brands, via its Arby's franchise, seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced setting. You will drive profitability, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with a quality product.

The ideal candidate has GM experience, P&L responsibilities, and is able to close the restaurant as needed. Join a dynamic team with growth potential and a focus on training and rewards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for long shifts, and use restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to uphold operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct biweekly inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure friendly guest experiences with quality products.

Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program, based on your restaurant’s performance.

What You’ll Do As a Restaurant General Manager

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
