Job summary

KBP Brands' Arby’s franchise is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Kissimmee, FL to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires at least one year as a Restaurant General Manager, 18+ years old, ability to close two nights weekly, and physical stamina for a busy shift.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guest experience with a friendly vibe and quality product.

• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
