Arby’s restaurant, proudly operated by KBP Inspired, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive profitability, manage operations, and mentor staff to ensure top performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGMs.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and deliver a friendly guest experience with quality products.

Bonus program:

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program, based on your restaurant’s performance.

What you’ll do as a Restaurant General Manager:

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $55000.00 per year - $70000.00 per year.
