Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Round Lake Beach, IL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will manage the deployment chart, cash and inventory, and help drive speed of service while guiding team members to deliver fresh quality products. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, no felony convictions, and be available for all shifts.

• Manage deployment chart, cash, inventory, cleanliness and speed of service.
• Meet or exceed speed of service standards and serve fresh quality products.
• Maintain a clean customer view and work area, follow safety procedures.
• Replenish and rotate supplies; keep lot, lobby, kitchen counters and restrooms clean.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform and perform duties as directed by the manager.
