Bonus Program

A Day in the Life

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees for operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest service standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for shifts, and operate equipment safely.
