Bonus Program

Eligible GMs can participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

A Typical Day
  • Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, financial review, and appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
  • Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
  • Ensure cleanliness and provide excellent guest experiences with friendly service and quality products.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close at least two nights weekly.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
