Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program, paid quarterly based on restaurant performance.

A typical day for a Restaurant General Manager includes:

• Managing profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
• Coaching and training employees to operational excellence.
• Completing inventory counts biweekly.
• Ensuring cleanliness and providing an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including profit & loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
