Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program, based on restaurant performance.

A typical day as a Restaurant General Manager includes:

• Controlling profitability by managing cash/security procedures, inventory, labor, financial reviews, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coaching and training staff to operational excellence.
• Completing bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Ensuring cleanliness and providing an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
