Job Summary
TravelCenters of America provides a convenient, one-stop shopping experience. Our locations feature various dining options, ensuring guests find what they need. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be crucial to our quick service restaurant's success by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our guests, ensuring they leave better than they arrived!

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on excellent customer service
  • Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive attitude
  • Provide quality food and maintain a clean restaurant environment
  • Process transactions on a point-of-sale (POS) register
  • Prioritize tasks based on guest needs

  • Follow safety procedures when handling food
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and co-workers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
