Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to deliver fast, friendly, and clean service at our travel center location. You will operate cash registers, assist guests, and help keep the restaurant tidy and inviting.

We value guest-focused service, reliability, and teamwork. Training is provided, and flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay, 15 cent fuel discount, free daily meals, and wellness programs are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Arby's processes and policies.
