Pilot Company is hiring for an on-site role focused on guest service and fast, friendly, clean service at our food service location. You will operate cash registers, manage transactions, and help maintain a welcoming dining area.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to company policies. We offer weekly pay and a range of benefits, with opportunities to train for other roles within our travel centers.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately and quickly.
• Ability to cleanly and safely prepare and handle food.

• Proficient with computers, phones, and standard equipment.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
