Team Members work various positions: accurately taking and collecting orders, suggestive selling, delivering orders, preparing food, ensuring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. They must be able to stand for their shifts and lift 25 to 40 pounds. The role involves pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous use of fingers and wrists. Team Members need to listen attentively to guests, coworkers, and supervisors, both in person and via loudspeakers or headsets. They must also read receipts, screens, manuals, and printed instructions.
