Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience en tant qu'Assistant Manager dans le secteur de la restauration.
• Responsabilité de Profit & Loss requise, de préférence en QSR.
• Capacité à travailler au moins deux soirs par semaine.

A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager:

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain food quality standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Resolve issues during shifts.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
