Job description

Job Title: Area Supervisor

As an Area Supervisor, you will lead your restaurant's success by managing your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, retention, and ensuring the restaurant delivers top results.

You should have at least 3 years of experience in QSR or retail, be familiar with providing exceptional customer service, and uphold Company Core Values. A humble attitude and willingness to learn what makes Arby's unique are essential. You should be proactive in supporting your team and leading them to success.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years in foodservice management; Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
• Willingness to conduct interviews, hiring, and terminations
• Ability to manage the store as if it were your own, focusing on the bottom line

Responsibilities:

• Review weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing and sales planning
• Monitor daily performance, coaching and praising managers as appropriate
• Work during lunch and dinner shifts to ensure quality food, speed, and friendliness
• Conduct weekly EVAL/Facts inspections to ensure proper restaurant operations
• Train all management personnel
