Job summary

All Natural Tree Experts in Charlotte, NC, is seeking motivated arborists to join a fast-growing Virginia-based company expanding into the Carolinas.

Your duties include professional tree maintenance, equipment prep, and assisting crew leaders, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time status.

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, be able to work at height, and demonstrate knowledge of knots and rigging; first aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of daily maintenance and safe operation of equipment used in tree care.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have first aid certification or be willing to obtain one.
• Must understand knots, ropes, and rigging devices used in tree trimming and removal.
• Must know operating procedures for aerial lifts and electrical hazards awareness.

Responsibilities

• Report to the office prepared to work a full day.
• Assist in preparing the truck and materials for the day’s work.
• Perform professional tree maintenance activities as directed by crew leader.
• Maintain and track tools and equipment used daily.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on equipment.
• Practice aerial lift and tree maintenance skills to improve professionalism.
• Work safely and assist other crew members as needed and lead when required.
