Tree Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Arborist Trainee to start a rewarding career in arboriculture. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in tree climbing, rigging, pruning, plant health care, and safety protocols.

You will work outdoors with a team, learn from experienced crew members, and have the opportunity to earn a Class B CDL within six months while benefiting from company-paid safety and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Comfortable working at heights outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically capable of manual labor in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training to learn tree climbing, rigging, and pruning techniques.
• Assist with ground support tasks, including debris handling and site cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and crew leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
