• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work truck.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Complete paperwork and reports accurately.

We are looking to bring another great member onto our Tree Care Technician Team. After training is completed you will be given the opportunity to run a company truck and earn base pay plus commission! About the position:

Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 average annual pay (includes base salary pay and commissions)

Responsibilities:

• Learn to follow all policies and procedure for the position
• Be able to show up consistently at 7 AM
• Stock work truck with all equipment and supplies needed
• Drive safely to all residential and commercial stops scheduled for the day
• Evaluate trees for pest, disease, fungal, and cultural problems
• Sell our products and treatments by informing and advising the customers
• Keep work truck clean and organized
• Fill out paperwork and reports properly
• Effectively communicate with management so they are informed of what is happening in the field
• Continue to learn in order to improve your understanding of plant health as well as the products and services we provide
