Bartlett Tree Experts in Gettysburg, PA is seeking an Arborist Representative to visit client properties, assess tree and shrub care needs, and provide scientific recommendations. This role blends field arboriculture with building long-term client relationships in a safety-focused culture.

You will meet with residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate needs, prepare proposals, and ensure job completion per contract while pursuing sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in tree care or sales.
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain (we will pay)
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, and service within a defined territory including administration and training.
• Meet with residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate tree/shrub care needs.
• Prepare and provide proposals using sales tools and technology.
• Supervise jobs per contract and client satisfaction.
• Set sales goals with immediate supervisor.
