Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Representative in Stamford, CT to grow our client base by selling tree and shrub care services and building long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients. You will visit properties, assess care needs, and provide scientifically grounded recommendations, while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role combines field visits, proposals, and ongoing account management within a defined territory, with base pay, draw, and commission,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in tree care or sales.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain (company paid).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing and potential residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate tree and shrub care needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships within the defined territory.
• Prepare and provide proposals to clients using sales process tools and technologies.
• Supervise work to be performed, ensuring jobs are completed per signed contract and to client satisfaction.
• Set up personal sales expectations with supervisor and strive to meet sales goals.
• Implement and enforce safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.
