Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Arborist Ground Person to join the outdoor crew. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and the chance to gain practical experience in pruning, rigging, cabling, and hazardous-tree removal under supervision.

You will learn safely while supporting arborists, operating hand tools, chainsaws, and lifts, with a strong emphasis on safety policies and professional development. Driver's license is preferred; related degree a plus.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture.
• Must be willing to learn and work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required.
