Job summary

The Arborist role at Walt Disney World supports the Global Team to ensure guest-facing landscapes meet the resort’s high standards across our parks and resorts.

Ideal candidates have tree production, care, pruning, and moving experience, can climb safely, lift up to 50 lbs, hold a CDL Class A with air brakes, and are prepared for 3rd shift with English communication. Roles may involve elevated platforms and confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in horticulture or agriculture.
• Able to meet requirements for climbing aerial rescue guidelines.
• Familiar with ANSI Z133 safety standards and ANSI 300 procedures.
• Knowledge of southern tree species.
• Able to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs.
• Must possess CDL Class A license with air brakes endorsement, or obtain before hire.
• 3rd shift role.
• Speak and read English to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide horticulture support for the Global team.
• Ensure guest-facing horticulture meets Walt Disney World standards.
• Work from elevated platforms and in confined spaces across parks and resort property.
