Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals
• Operate and maintain equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
• Bring a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
• Supervise and manage crews, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Train crew members for specific job assignments
• Ensure all work complies with industry and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Pass a criminal background check
• Have at least three years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, and self-motivation
