Responsibilities:

• Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment operation
• Bring a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
• Supervise and manage crews under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager
• Ensure crew members are properly trained for each task
• Maintain work in accordance with industry and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and build relationships
• Demonstrate a passion for nature and the outdoors

Qualifications:

• At least three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Proactive, positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated
