Role Responsibilities:

• Safely perform and supervise arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals
• Maintain and operate equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
• Bring a cooperative attitude to the job site
• Manage and supervise crews, ensuring proper training and adherence to standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain a passion for nature and the environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Proactive, positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated
