Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Emmaus, PA is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to guide a tree-care crew and perform all arboricultural work safely and efficiently. You will supervise pruning, cabling, rigging, removals, and equipment operation while promoting a teamwork-focused site ethic.

You will mentor crew members, ensure proper training, uphold industry standards, and maintain strong client relationships; year-round outdoor work is required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• A valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
• Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site.
• Supervising and managing crews while performing tree care services as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
• Ensuring each crew member is trained appropriately for each job.
