Key Responsibilities:

• Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals
• Operate and maintain equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
• Bring a positive and cooperative attitude to the job site
• Manage and supervise crews under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager
• Ensure crew members are trained for their tasks
• Perform work according to industry and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and build relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Proactive, positive, team-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
