Qualifications

• At least 3 years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment maintenance
• Bring a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
• Supervise and manage crews under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager
• Ensure crew members are trained appropriately for each job
• Perform work according to industry and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and build relationships

Qualifications:

• Pass a criminal background check
• At least 3 years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated
