Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Bel Air, MD to lead a tree care crew and perform all arboriculture tasks safely and efficiently. You will supervise and mentor crew members, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain equipment in the field.

The role requires at least three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience, plus a valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred). Bartlett offers competitive benefits, 401k, PTO, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and operation of equipment.
• Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site.
• Supervising and managing crews while performing tree care services as directed.
• Ensuring crew training for designated job assignments.
• Ensuring work complies with industry and company standards.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships.
• Demonstrating passion for nature, environment, and the outdoors.

Responsibilities
