Key Responsibilities:

• Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment maintenance
• Bring a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
• Supervise and manage crews during tree care services, under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager
• Ensure crew members are properly trained for each task
• Perform work according to industry and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and build relationships
• Pass a criminal background check
• Have at least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
• Demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, team orientation, and self-motivation

Position located in Ashburn, VA, with a start date of 5/13/2025. This is a full-time, mid-senior level management role.
