Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varied conditions.
• Commitment to earning Commercial Pesticide Applicator License within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning and trimming to ANSI A300 standards to improve health and aesthetics.
• Safely remove trees using controlled felling and rigging in confined spaces.
• Use climbing techniques and equipment including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Conduct tree risk assessments for disease, pests, and structural issues.
• Install cables and bracing to stabilize trees as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with ground crew for safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain climbing gear and equipment in good condition.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide tree-care advice.
