Full‑Time | Year‑Round | Upper Valley VT/NH

Woodstock • Hartford • Quechee • West Lebanon

$23–$35/hr + OT + Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

• Climbing trees to perform pruning and removals

• Pruning to ANSI A300 standards for health and structure

• Performing technical removals using controlled rigging

• Operating chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts

• Identifying tree health issues, defects, pests, and disease

• Working closely with ground crew to keep jobs safe and efficient

• Maintaining climbing gear and equipment

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Valid driver’s license

• Comfortable working outdoors year‑round

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Willing to earn a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (within 90 days)

Nice to Have

• Arboriculture or landscaping experience

• ISA Certified Arborist or VT Pesticide License

• Experience with technical rigging and removals
