Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a tree care crew. You will climb and assist crew leaders with pruning, removals, and other arboricultural tasks on residential and commercial properties.

We emphasize safety, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement, with a strong benefits package including insurance, 401(k), PTO, and gear provided. Must be able to work outdoors year-round and hold a valid license.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties to support job assignments.
• Safely perform arboriculture tasks: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Follow all safety rules and company safety policies.
