Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our outdoor tree care crew in Pittsburgh West, PA. The role focuses on climbing trees and assisting Crew Leaders in delivering residential and commercial tree services.

Responsibilities include ground and aerial lift duties, tree identification, pruning, removals, and safety adherence. This position requires outdoor work year-round and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Passion for nature and outdoor environments.
• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks: identify trees, assess risks, prune, remove, cabling and bracing, excavations, and tool operation.
• Learn and follow all safety rules and company safety policies.
