Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Nashville, TN is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree-care crew. You will climb trees and assist Crew Leaders with residential and commercial work, prioritizing safety and quality.

The role involves climbing, operating aerial lifts, and performing a range of arboriculture tasks year-round. A valid driver's license and at least one year of climbing experience are required. We offer competitive pay and a safety-first culture with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in tree care.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks, including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Properly maintain and operate tools and equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Adhere to all safety rules and Bartlett safety policies.
