Responsibilities

1. Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties supporting specific job assignments under the direction of the Arborist Crew Leader.
2. Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and operating tools and equipment.
3. Adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
4. Maintain a passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
2. Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
3. Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
