As an Arborist Climber, you will be an essential part of a tree care crew, primarily responsible for tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders with tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties.

In this role, you will:

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties supporting specific job assignments under the direction of the Arborist Crew Leader
• Safely execute all arboriculture tasks, including:
• Tree identification
• Tree risk assessments
• Pruning
• Removals
• Cabling and bracing
• Root collar excavations
• Proper tool and equipment maintenance (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts)
• Follow all safety rules and company policies
• Have a passion for nature and the outdoors
• Pass a criminal background check
• Possess at least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class B CDL preferred)
• Be able to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
