Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a safety‑driven tree care crew in Pleasant Hill, CA. You will perform ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties while supporting Arborist Crew Leaders on residential and commercial properties.

The role emphasizes tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, and equipment maintenance. Entry‑level candidates are welcome, with training provided to advance professionally.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Entry level okay.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Properly maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
• Learn and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.
