Job Title: Arborist Climber

Responsibilities:

• Perform tree climbing, ground duties, and aerial lift operations in support of job assignments under the supervision of the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Conduct arboriculture tasks such as tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Demonstrate a passion for nature and the outdoors.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
