SavATree in Dayton, OH is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to join our team. You will make outbound sales calls, generate leads, and schedule appointments, while preparing proposals and maintaining calendars for customers.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to support Sales Arborists with CRM data and accurate records.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven outbound calling and sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems; training provided.

Role

• Making outbound sales calls and generating leads
• Creating proposals and scheduling customer appointments
• Maintaining multiple sales calendars
• Providing world-class customer service on inbound calls

• Completing paperwork efficiently and supporting Sales Arborists

About You

• An associate's degree or higher (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
• Previous success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided)
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems
• A strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
