Job summary

Mariani Premier Group is seeking experienced Arbor Care Specialists in Walpole, MA to join our growing team. You will work on high-end residential properties applying advanced arbor care techniques and leadership on job sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of crew leadership in tree care, ISA/MCA certification (or ability to obtain within a year), and a valid driver’s license. The role requires climbing, operating aerial lifts, and strong knowledge of pruning and safety.

Qualifications

• MCA and or ISA certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
• 5+ years experience as a Crew Leader in residential tree care
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Experience as an aerial lift operator and climber.
• Proven ability to safely operate and maintain tree care equipment (e.g., chainsaws, stump grinders, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and proper pruning techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Capability to work in various outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
