Qualifications

• Ability to complete First Aid, CPR, and defensive driving course upon hire.
• Experience with tree care practices and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to climb trees and perform demanding tasks.

Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Arborist to join our growing team.

Duties:

• We understand that experienced arborist vary the type of work they do on the team and we like to put you in a position to succeed!
• Safely and productively lead a crew in providing arboricultural care for our clients.
• Prepare for jobsite hazards and obstacles Create a plan and decide which equipment will be used to complete job Pruning, thinning and removing deadwood throughout the tree canopy Install cables, bracing and lightning protection systems Removal of hazardous trees Mentor crew members through the Bratt Tree Arborist Development Program.
• Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws, bucket trucks, aerial lifts and more.

Skills:
