Bartlett Tree Experts in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Regular Full-Time Arboretum staff member to perform outdoor landscaping and plant care tasks across the arboretum grounds.

You will learn on the job, follow safety policies, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team while advancing in a safety-focused, research-driven environment with access to training and equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.

Our team is responsible for a wide range of job tasks here at the Arboretum's 350+ acres:Mowing & turf care, spreading mulch/woodchips, herbicide & weeding, leaf cleanup, remediation of deer damage on plants, plant health care, tree and shrub pruning and removals, as well several other minor but important tasks.
