Clean Scapes LLC is hiring Tree Care Groundsmen to support our Arbor Division. This full-time, outdoor role provides a clear path for advancement into climbing, equipment operation, PHC, or crew leadership. Ground crew assist climbers, operate ground-based tools, and help maintain safe work zones.

Entry-level to advanced ground roles offer steady year-round work, strong safety culture, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Mansioni

• Drag brush, handle debris, and support jobsite cleanup.
• Feed and monitor the chipper under direction of the crew leader.
• Use hand tools, blowers, saws, and other ground-based equipment.
• Set up and maintain safe, organized work zones with cones and signage.
• Communicate clearly with climbers and crew leaders.
• Assist with rigging support from the ground.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard assessments.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
