$19.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Who You Are

• Passionate about the industry with at least six months of professional tree work experience.
• Knowledgeable about basic tree care, pruning, tree ID, and disease ID.
• Capable of performing physically demanding work, including lifting, pushing, pulling (25-50 lbs), bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Committed to safety, trained in aerial rescue, PPE use, hazard recognition, rigging, emergency rescue, and knots.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform arbor ground work: debris collection, site clearing, loading debris.
• Assist tree climbers with tools and equipment hoisting.
• Operate chipping and shredding equipment safely.
• Serve as backup tree climber when trained.
