Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking Arbor Care Crew Climbers in Wilton, CT to work on high-end residential properties across Fairfield and Westchester counties. You will climb trees for pruning and take downs, assist with removals, and perform mulching and site cleanups with a team of arborists.

A valid driver's license and legal work authorization are required. 1–3 years of climbing experience preferred; aerial lift operation and CDL are a strong plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on climbing tree experience.
• Familiarity with tree species and health concepts is a plus.
• Experience with pruning, take downs, and general tree care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce company safety protocols.
• Safely climb trees using ropes and gear to prune and take downs.
• Assist in tree removals and site cleanup.
• Perform mulching, stump grinding, and general tree care duties.
• Operate ground-based equipment like chippers and chainsaws as needed.
• Support Crew Leader and communicate progress and issues to ensure timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
