  4. Review intercompany arbitration cases and provide insights to leadership
  5. Prepare and manage arbitration filings and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 3-5 years of applicable experience in a similar role
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Access is preferred
  4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage conflict effectively
  5. Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws
