Job summary

Advantage Technical seeks an experienced Aras PLM Solutions Manager to lead enterprise PLM initiatives across engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT. You will oversee Aras Innovator deployments, guide global projects, and ensure successful integrations, migrations, and SaaS readiness.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of PLM implementation and enterprise project management experience.
• 4+ years leading Aras PLM, Aras Innovator, or complex SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Part, Change, CAD, BOM Management, workflows, and data governance.
• Experience with CAD integrations, ERP integrations, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Are you an experienced Aras PLM leader looking to make a strategic impact? We are seeking an Aras PLM Solutions Manager to lead enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives, oversee cross‑functional teams, and drive successful system implementations across engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT organizations.
